@charlie3_thedermmd is a board certified dermatologist who treats skin cancer and other common skin conditions. He specializes in complex conditions /autoimmune diseases that affect the skin. He also practices aesthetic medicine - neurotoxins and has special interest in laser treatments for vascular and pigment concerns

Dr. Mount is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. He completed his internship at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in San Antonio, Texas. He went on to complete his dermatology residency at Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri serving as chief resident in his final year.

Prior to his dermatology residency, Dr. Mount served as an active duty flight surgeon in the United States Air Force. He deployed overseas twice including service in Operation Enduring Freedom. During his active duty service he was awarded the United States Air Force Commendation Medal and Air Medal.

Dr. Mount has been in practice for several years. Most recently, he served as Chief of Dermatology at Allegheny Health Network. He currently practices clinical dermatology at Pittsburgh Skin in Cranberry and Shadyside.

He is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

In his free time, Dr. Mount enjoys spending time with his daughter and teaches yoga in Wexford. You may also find him running the trails in North Park or skiing in the Laurel Highlands.
