LATE ARRIVAL : If you are 10 minutes or more late we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so that the rest of our clients are not effected. If you are 10 minutes or more late and we do need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your missed service price.
CANCELLATION : We ask that you cancel your appointments at least 48 hours in advance so that we can fill your appointment time with other clients. If you do not cancel within the 48 hour time frame, you will be charged 50% of your service price for your missed appointment.
NO SHOW : If you no show on the day of your appointment, we are entitled to charge you 100% of your booked service price. If you no-show three times, we will no longer take you as a client. This makes us sad
CARD ON FILE : Effective July 1, 2016, we will require a credit card on file to book appointments in the event of any of the above mentioned situations – tardy, late cancel, or no show. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
